Where are you located and when are they open?

We are located Located on Plot No. 36, Robertson Kotie Street, North industrial area facing FOREWIN Ghana Ltd, we work 6 days a week from 8am to 5pm (Monday through Saturday) with the exception of 3 public holidays – New Year’s Day (January 1st), Labour Day (May 1st), and Christmas Day (December 25th).

What Happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our customer support officer always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days.

I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?

If you have not had any contact from Fresh Pak after ordering, then please call us on (+233)50 6421 370 or email us on info@freshpak.com. Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?

Yes. We delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at checkout.

I’d like to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. Is this possible?

Yes. Select under shipment when checkout.

How do I place an order?

Shopping on Fresh Pak Online is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add it to your shopping cart.
  2. Register an account or login to your existing account by entering your email and password.
  3. Enter your shipping/billing information.
  4. Choose your preferred shipment option.
  5. Choose your preferred payment option.
  6. Click on ‘Place Order’ to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will automatically confirm it by either notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact our customer service call centre on call (+233)50 6421 370 . You can also send an email to info@freshpak.com a few hours after you have placed your order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies based on products ordered, shipping address and the delivery option chosen. All orders will be delivered within 72 working hours after the order is placed.

Yes, there may be extra delivery charges depending on the value of your order. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the relevant delivery charges.
